CTA has developed three national programs that after two decades are still operating today. These programs were performed on a multi-year master services agreement that also include general business planning and advisory work in addition to developing these programs. The first program was a Management Transfer Program that outsourced low risk projects on performance based contracts so internal managers could focus on medium to high risk projects. CTA helped the client value the portfolio, develop the outsourced contract, structure the organization and develop the standard operating procedures. The second program included a Legal Claims and Agreements Program that provided an organization and structure to manage legal claims across the U.S. and Latin America. The third program included overhauling the Environmental Reserve Management Process to ensure consistency, compliance and accuracy for recording environmental reserves. In addition to developing the standard operating procedures, CTA trained staff in all major US offices on the new procedures.
