CTA was hired by the Georgia Department of Economic Development on a multi-year industry analysis and development master services agreement. Several key projects were completed under this master services agreement to include: developed a risk return model for state investments (grants, debt instruments and personnel commitments) to include cross department procedures; provided industry or project specific analysis and decision support packages for port security, tourism development, transportation planning and analysis, oilseed manufacturing, bioenergy industry development, tobacco settlement leverage, and emerging fiber technology development; developed a Strategic Ag-Plan; developed a Biotech Industry Development Plan; and developed the Value Added Agriculture plan.
